Provided for your enjoyment and convenience:
Your country lodge is self catering with excellent  cooking facilities including a 4x burner barbeque with hood. Some basic requirements are provided to help you settle in, such as: plunger coffee, tea, milo, milk, sugar, cooking oil, fruits, salt & pepper etc for the first night or two.
Firewood is provided for the outdoor wood-burning fire and pizza oven. There are 2 excellent supermarket 10-12 minutes drive away. We can direct you there prior to your arrival. A picnic blanket and pack are available for use on the farm when off hiking and exploring.
 
EXTRA PERSON  $45/night 12th Dec/30 Jan, and $35/night all other times
N.B.  Your country cottage is ideally suited to a couple, the single person and the small younger family. Provisions are available for children or an extra person on request.
 
PAYMENT  VIA INTERNET BANKING, VISA  and MASTERCARD

Minimum Stays:
Minimum of two nights is required or a surcharge of $55.00 for the one night in off-peak.
The one night charge for off-peak would therefore be $ 235 + 50 = $285 or $ 245 + 40 =$285.00 for a single night booking.During peak times $ 275.00 + $20.00 = $295.00 for a single night booking.

Payment Policy:
A deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due by 5 days prior to your arrival

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of our business, late cancellations can affect us greatly.
Cancellation within 5 days of arrival date will result 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellations greater than 5 days from arrival will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total tarriff.
We would endeavor to re-book for the dates cancelled and if re-booked the cancellation fee would be credited back to your credit card.

Insurance
We suggest travel insurance cover, in case of unforeseen circumstances occuring.

We wish to make your stay an enjoyable experience so if you have any special requests please do ask us. We also like to encourage our longer term guests to indicate the purpose of their intended stay, as the requirements  for example of the  professional on transfer with work, is quite different to that of the holiday maker.
